Best trailside repair ever: Bob T bails me out

During another ride-from-the-house epic today, the equipment failures continue.

My elderly saddle broke and flew off of its rails (at the same time I almost sat down). I did not get hurt during this particular failure, though my shorts were a casualty (!).

Bike pal Bob and I rigged up an excellent fix out of a spare tube we had.
