Yesterday, Bob took us out to Bear Brook which none of the rest of us had done. We did 4.5 hours of fire roads and singletrack with a break for lunch. I am still sore and recovering. The last 800 foot hill we climbed nearly finished all of us but Bob, who is some kind of machine.
